Model Based Product Line Engineering and SysML Simulation Overview and Tutorial
Overview and tutorial (starting from 10:40) for Model Based Product Line Engineering (MBPLE) usage together with SysML simulation. We present step by step tutorial how to create feature mode, variants configurations, how to create variation points, and how to filter from reference architecture to specific feature based architecture, and last but not least we execute the model to check model behavior correctness after automatic variant relegalization.
This approach demonstrates easy OOTB method to manage single system model saving time and money, filter it based on selected variant, and validate using SysML simulation.
We leverage no-cost Model based PLE plugin for Cameo together with model simulation.
