In today's video, I go over 3 things that I did as a JavaScript developer to learn Rust as fast as possible. We go over 3 steps:

1. The project I learned at the start to understand the features that Rust provides you. I iterate over this project 3 times to show new features of Rust and how it compares to JavaScript.

2. I show a couple of great Open Source repositories that show how complex Rust can get while also maintaining easy readability for those getting started with a JavaScript background.

3. I talk to an engineer at Warp who works with Rust daily to ask how he got started and what newcomers can do to cross that bridge easily.

Throughout the video, I compare what I am learning from JavaScript but any programming language background is suitable for this video.
