Forging a viking nail header and making nails!
I'm fairly rusty apparently! This project was fraught with problems. Not least of which was losing one of my punches half way through!
The header was forged from a truck leaf spring, and is based on the header found in the mastermyr hoard. The nails were forged from 1/4" round mild steel.
