Creating an intake form - HTML to JSON | Unscripted Coding
On one of my personal projects, I needed to start intaking a variety of fields and passing them off through another mechanism. The major challenge here is that my project is hardly mature, so those fields may change. It doesn't make sense to create a database. What does make sense is storing the data in JSON format. We build a simple HTML page to intake a variety of form fields and spit out JSON.
Unscripted Coding is entirely unscripted and organic. If you're looking for a tutorial, you're in the wrong place! What we do here is try and build something from scratch, filled with all the mistakes and lessons learned along the way!
