Best Android Emulator (9.0) 2018 - Install and Run Android P (9.0) on Windows 10 PC/MAC - Android on PC/MAC:

Here you can learn how to install android P on windows/mac.

https://developer.android.com/studio/...

download that 925MB zip file and open it. after that install AVD package. install all packages.

Open android studio, go to AVD manager, create the new virtual device with proper skin and proper image. select P version.

Launch that emulator and enjoy it.
