The Future of Style Sheets by Bret Little
This talk will not only be an overview of what is new in CSS 4, but also a proposed method for designing maintainable, scale-able, and modular style markup. CSS is often the most overlooked and messy portion of web applications. Rather than implementing an application with LESS, SASS, or Stylus, I propose embracing the new style standard which includes variables, custom selectors, and custom properties. Most importantly, I will show how you can start using the new standard now.
