hey guys in this clip I will show you jacks new primal instinct rework, his past primal instinct "alpha howl" while howling opponents inside the range will suffer from fear that causes a (decrease in defense) which was pretty useless at that point, but he got reworked and his new primal "taste for red" everytime jack kills an enemy character his the effects of the how resets and last longer. will this make Jack much more balanced ?? or will it make him op 🤔
