How to Blur the Background of a Video using Capcut - Full Tutorial

Here are the steps:
Import your video into CapCut.
Make a Copy.
Overlay the copy and align it with the original clip.
Select the overlay and select the Cutout tool. Choose Remove Background.
Click on the Effects button and select Video Effects.
Go to the Lens category and select the Blur effect.
Drag the blur effect onto your video and adjust the duration to your liking.
Save your video and export it.
