School has just started, and Julia's teacher has given a pop quiz to check if the kids have kept up their studies over the holidays. At first, Julia isn't worried because she's confident she'll pass, but to her surprise, she's one of the class's failing students. She doesn't accept this failure and feels terrible, as it's the first time she's failed.
When Mom picks them up from school, Julia stays silent the whole way. Mom gets angry, and when she gets home, she asks Mia, who does know the truth, but to help her sister, she lies to Mom. What lie does she tell Mom?
