How to remove rust from metal with phosphoric acid
I had some old metal laying around it had developed a bunch of rust. I found a product that contained phosphoric acid and decided to give it a try. Phosphoric acid is supposed to react with oxygen to stop the rust in iron. Iron deteriorates itself when the oxygen in the air causes oxidation in the metal thus rust forms. If not prevented, over time the metal will be weakened.
