If your Phone is not found by your computer anymore when you try to connect by USB cable.
You can charge your phone but your computer no longer recognizes it as a device. You can't access the files on your phone any more. Your phone doesn't show in the device manager, or if it does it shows as a strange device such as Bluetooth for which it can't load the correct driver. This is a frustrating problem which turns out to have a simple physical cause and solution!
