Single Target Opener as Slayer:
1) Pop Recklessness and Charge in
2) Avatar into
3) Rampage
4) Bladestorm
5) Raging Blow until 0 Stacks
6) Rampage
7) Thunderous Roar
into our normal single target rotation.

1) Recklessness

3) And Thunderous Roar on Cooldown
4) Rampage if you’re not Enraged
5) Execute (If Juggernaut is about to fall off, you’re at 2 Stacks of Sudden Death or it’s about to expire or if you have 3 Stacks of Marked for Execution)
6) Bladestorm
7) Raging Blow (during Brutal Finish to stack Slaughtering Strikes)
8) Rampage (if above 100 Rage)
9) Bloodthirst (at 3 stacks of Bloodcraze or if the target is below 35% HP)
10) Raging Blow
11) Bloodthirst
12) Execute
13) Rampage
14) Slam as a filler
