Steps to configure Port Forwarding on ASA

webvpn
port 4433
enable Outside
port-forward TELNET 5565 10.1.1.1 telnet
tunnel-group-list enable

access-list WEBVPN webtype permit tcp any eq telnet

group-policy WEBVPN internal
group-policy WEBVPN attributes
vpn-tunnel-protocol ssl-clientless
webvpn
filter value WEBVPN
port-forward name PORT FORWARD
port-forward auto-start TELNET

tunnel-group WEBVPN type remote-access
tunnel-group WEBVPN general-attributes
default-group-policy WEBVPN
tunnel-group WEBVPN webvpn-attributes
group-alias WEBVPN enable
