Mac OS UI lag, slow, choppy
This is a screen recording of my Mac. I'm running a 2020 M1 Mac with 16GB ram, a 500GB hard drive that is 64% full. The latest Ventura 13.5.2. This computer was restarted earlier in the day, and then it was used for work using Adobe CC, Mail, and Safari. After a short while, the UI becomes very choppy and almost unusable. Even after closing all of the heavy apps, it remains slow. It will remain like this or get worse until restart.
I did run Etrecheck and there were no major problems found.
I'm also using Dell ultrasharp u2723 4K.
