TPV compounding by two step process
1)The first step:
Twin screw extruded for premixing, blending, and absorbing oil
Basic formula: PP (20~30%), EDPM in pellet form (40~50%), CaCO3 (10~20%), oil (0-15%), additives(2~10%).
Extruder: SAT95 twin screw extruder
Pelletizing: Water ring pelletizing system
Output: 500~600 kg/h
2)The second step:
Twin screw extruder for reacting compounding
Basic formula: Pellets from the first step process, vulcanizing agent, the extra oil, other additives.
Extruder: SAT65 twin screw extruder
Pelletizing: Water ring pelletizing system
Output: 250~300 kg/h
