A minor girl was gangraped in the Hanumangarh district of Rajasthan, and the brazenness of the tormentors is such that they left their victim to die outside a police outpost. And if the humiliation and the trauma of their ordeal wasn't enough, the distraught victim and her family then had to deal with the insensitivity and apathy of the authorities as they refused to make any arrests.
