Netflix just blocked your VPN? You’re not alone.
Netflix is cracking down harder than ever, but there’s still a way to get around the proxy error and stream whatever you want—it’s easier than you think.
Why Netflix Blocks VPNs:
🚫 No fancy detection system – Netflix doesn’t “detect” VPNs directly.
🚫 They block shared IPs – If thousands of users stream from the same VPN server, Netflix flags it as suspicious and shuts it down.
🚫 Your VPN might work today but get blocked tomorrow – Netflix constantly updates its blocklist, which is why your VPN may suddenly stop working.
How to Fix It:
✅ Switch to a different server – Some VPN servers aren’t blocked yet (especially in less obvious locations).
✅ Enable Stealth Mode (Obfuscation Mode) – This makes your VPN traffic look like normal browsing, so Netflix can’t tell the difference.
✅ Use a VPN with Fresh IPs – The best VPNs refresh their IPs constantly to stay ahead of Netflix’s blocks.
✅ Clear Cache & Cookies – Netflix might still be tracking your old IP.
If your VPN keeps getting blocked, it might be time to switch to one that actually works for Netflix.
