It's been constantly argued that the human eye cannot notice the difference between 60 frames per second and 30 frames per second. Well I have 3 games (Battlefield 4, Bioshock Infinite and Tomb Raider) running at 30FPS and 60 FPS right after each other. Can you notice the difference? Play at 2x speed to see :)
If you cannot see the change speed option, download the html 5 player extension for chrome (or Firefox). Here's the Chrome version:

Install that, then you will have the option of changing the video speed.
Select 2x speed to play the video in 60 fps.
