Strawberry cake for Mother's Day: This cake is really easy to make and looks beautiful. Inside is a light sponge cake with chocolate and tonka bean. After baking, this is layered with a delicious strawberry cream cheese frosting, which can also be made with quark. The fresh strawberries in the cake add another delicious, juicy, fresh touch. The cake is then smoothed with a chocolate drip. Fresh strawberries also serve as decoration on top of the cake. The perfect cake during strawberry season, for Mother's Day, for family, and for Sunday dinner.

4 eggs
200g sugar
1 pinch of salt
1 tsp tonka bean extract
200g buttermilk/ayran
200g sunflower oil
130g almonds
260g flour
40g cocoa powder
2 tsp baking powder
Strawberry Cream
600g strawberries (fresh or frozen)
750g cream cheese
150g powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
750g heavy cream
18 tsp Sanapart (or similar stabilizer)
For Filling
400g strawberries (fresh)
Chocolate Drip
100g dark chocolate
90g heavy cream
10g coconut oil
Decoration
150g fresh strawberries
1 sprig of rosemary
