[GTA IV & Other Games] Side-by-Side-Configuration Is Incorrect Fix 2023
The application has failed to start because its-side-by-side configuration is incorrect. Please see the event log or use the command-line sxstrace.exe tool for more detail.
If you've ever run into this error before now you'll agree with me that it is very frustrating, mot of what you'll see online seems to look like magic in your very eyes.
