Python modules are geoh5py (Python API for geoh5. An open file format for geoscientific data https://geoh5py.readthedocs.io/en/lat..., pandas (data analysis and manipulation) and APSG (structural geology).
Note about the data:
An optical televiewer provides high quality, oriented images of drillhole walls that can be used to take structural measurements from the intact rock rather than drillcore.
