The NEW Testicular Torsion Traction Technique
In this video we introduce preliminary information concerning a new adjunctive technique for manual reduction of a testicular torsion. Going a little heavy on the alliteration we named this new technique the testicular torsion traction technique or the torsed testicle traction technique.
I can't imagine this hasn't been thought of before, but my manual review of the literature found only one article with some similarities. The idea came from a cryptic comment from a viewer on one of my other videos. If you have information otherwise, let me know. In the meantime, going to claim some credit for a new approach to failed manual reductions. And here is a bold statement--I think this approach could DRAMATICALLY reduce the number of failed manual reductions! What do you think?
