Ingredients for a 22 cm diameter pan:
For the sponge cake:
240 g flour (2 cups).
15 g baking powder (1 tablespoon).
5 g baking soda (1 teaspoon).
10 ml vanilla essence, extract, or flavoring (1 tablespoon).
175 g sugar (4/5 cup).
75 g cocoa powder (3/4 cup).
3 large eggs.
210 ml milk (1 cup).
190 ml oil (1 cup).
210 ml honey (1 cup).
For the cream:
250 g butter (2 cups).
50 g sugar (1/4 cup).
150 ml condensed milk (3/4 cup).
10 ml vanilla essence, extract, or flavoring (1 tablespoon).
75 g flour (3/4 cup).
250 ml milk (1+1/4 cups).
2 large eggs.
For the chocolate coating:
45 g cocoa powder (3 tablespoons).
45 g sugar (3 tablespoons).
75 g yogurt (4 tablespoons).
50 g butter (1/3 cup).
