20:26 - Can you please confirm that Nexo token is no longer a security token? If yes, when is "Earn in Nexo" coming to the USA? If no, why not?

44:13 - Nexo exchange high fees/spread issue has been raised few times now and keeps getting ignored. Can we humbly request Nexo to acknowledge the issue and work towards making it competitive for regular use - it is not at the moment.
