Athletic Clothes and Shoes required as we may train outside some if weather permits. No gloves or other equipment is required, but if you are a fighter and want to wear your or other gear to "train how you fight" you may. All skill levels are welcome. We already have total beginners and experienced martial artists registered for this event.
