NestJS Tutorial #1 – Project Setup | Coding a SaaS Backend
In this series, we're developing a real SaaS backend using NestJS.
There's no frontend, just the backend architecture, data model, authentication, transactions, logging, background jobs, and production processes.
In this first part:
We're setting up a NestJS project from scratch.
We're creating the folder architecture used in real projects.
We're starting to manage environment variables (.env) with ConfigModule.
I'm explaining why we chose this structure for the project's scalability.
