Basma is an Uzbek dish made from layers of meat and vegetables in a cauldron. Once all the ingredients are in place, the lid is closed and the basma is placed on the stove and cooked for an hour and a half to two hours. It makes a delicious and colorful oriental dish!

Any meat (beef, lamb), onions, potatoes,
carrots, cabbage, garlic, tomatoes, zucchini, bell peppers, hot peppers, salt, cumin, herbs (parsley, dill, cilantro, basil).
