Create CentOS 6 VM in ProxMox 5.3 (VMware Workstation)
This is a tutorial how to create a CentOS 6 VM in ProxMox. It is based on ProxMox 5.3 in VMware workstation.
Before you can create VM, you will need to get ISO file into ProxMox local storage folder.
The configuration for CentOS vm is simple . Most of setting is just default. You will need to choose ISO file location and select hard drive, cpu, memory those basic computing elements. Other than that, the configuration process is standard.
During CentOS installation, you can use Console from ProxMox to view and have an interaction with your VM.
