Woodward Collela Blast Problem One Exact Solution
The exact solution of the Riemann problem of the Euler equations for the first half of the Woodward Collela blas problem.
The left state is given by (rho,u,p) = (1.0, 0.0, 1000.0), and the right state is given by (rho,u,p) = (1.0, 0.0, 0.01).
