Intervention effectiveness of TAMTAM project
The People Centered and Risk Information Gateway ‘Tam Tam’ project was designed to tackle challenges and ensure that effective early warnings reach the right people at the right time; saving lives and livelihoods.
A consortium ( CU, RIMES, MMS) leaded by Concern universal funded by Cordaid is working in the TAMTAM project and providing Voice message to the community people of total 6 unions of Chowhali, Belkuch and Dewangonj Upazila to save live and livelihood resources of the community people . Through this project people of the community are getting five days 40 second long Flood early warning voice message. The project has developed and used an app to survey the flood and post –flood situation which ultimately work as a tool of a dashboard that is able to collect, process and present community survey data in different needs.
