OVERCLOCKING UPDATE:
I've got a new Raspberry Pi 5 with 16 GB RAM. It overclocks to 3 GHz easily therefore something must have been wrong with my old Raspberry Pi 5 with 16 GB RAM which would display memory errors when overclocked to more than 2.8 GHz. Overclocking ability therefore seems not to be related to memory size. The memory benchmark tests at 3 GHz are amazing...
