Eierpunsch - German Style Egg Nog
The German Christmas markets are in full swing here, so why not try to make this lighter German style eggnog.
Ingredients:
250 mL (1 cup) strong black tea
8 egg yolks or 4 whole eggs
60 grams of sugar
1 bottle of white wine
juice of one lemon
1/4 tsp vanilla
5-6 cloves
optional 50 mL of dark rum.
