LYNEY makes USELESS Characters VIABLE (4.0) | Genshin Impact
Update: Lyney's talent gives him the buff only when enemies are affected by pyro, so you don't really want reactions. However, barbara's and xinyan's healing will still work for him.
Not every character has been useful. However, with the arrival of Lyney in 4.0, they become more usable.
