Easy Parallax Effect Tutorial in Adobe After Effects
In this tutorial, Ian gives the rundown on how to create a parallax effect in After Effects.
He initially creates a Photoshop document and splits the landscape photograph into 3 layers (Foreground, Middle ground, and Background)
He takes the Photoshop file and puts it into After Effects, so he can animate a camera that replicates the parallax effect
Moving the camera in Z space to show the depth between each of the assets in the composition
