There is nothing more frustrating when you are working on a Logic Project and you receive a 'System Overload" message or when recording your vocals, you experience latency during playback.

There are ways to resolve these issues, one being reviewing and changing your I/O Buffer size. This setting can be found in Logic Pro X - Preferences -Audio

In this video I will explain how to set I/O Buffer sizes and how you may be able to correct any issues that you may or may not be experiencing.
