1:44 AM We figured out that the red connector is for the cold/heat flap, and everything is fine with that. The blue one controls the flaps that direct the air flow to the different deflectors. That's what we need.
2:00 AM There was no need to repair or replace the servo, so we simply remove the linkage from the flap and open it fully.
3:00 AM I secured the flap with a small screw so it couldn't close and started reassembling.
3:10 AM Reassembly in reverse order. Whatever we install first is what we removed last.
7:04 AM Let's see what we got.
