75 Hard Challenge | What is 75 hard challenge ?
75 Hard is not a fitness challenge, but a “transformative mental toughness program which was was created in 2019 by entrepreneur Andy Frisella, a podcaster and CEO of the supplement company 1st Phorm.
Rules of the 75 Hard Program
For 75 consecutive days, 75 Hard participants must do the following every day:
1. Follow a diet (which can be a diet of your choosing, the diet must be a structured eating plan with the goal of physical improvement. No alcohol or meals outside your chosen diet are allowed.)
2. Complete two 45-minute workouts, one of which must be outdoors.
3. Take a progress picture.
4. Drink 1 gallon of water.
5. Read 10 pages of a book (audiobooks not included).
If you miss any of your daily goals, your progress resets to day one and this is what I'm going to do for the next 75 days. I would be really happy if some of you guys would join me in becoming the Top 5% So, let's transform together and become the best we can be 🔥🔥
