L.A. parametric billboard
A billboard example drawn in Rhino3d and all components are scripted/defined in grasshopper. The drawing becomes totally live for vector information to be added, subtracted and manipulated. This type of drawing is of interest because when changes occur in the design development process, a designer does not have to redraw the logic. Through this method of drawing, a designer changes bits of parametric logic and the design/drawing updates live. This method of drawing is valid because, all of its drawn entities are created using vector points in x-y-z Cartesian space without the use of any manual CAD drawing.
This billboard will be the site for a nomadic dwelling proposal. Further animations will be uploaded on the basis of this ideas development.
