I was bored so I made this series so I can create notepad coding-related videos every time I got an idea. Today I'm gonna show you how to make subtitles using notepad. Always remember that you must have downloaded the VLC Media Player to gain access to the subtitles. Today I'm using Windows 8.1 Pro, but don't worry, this code works for all versions of Windows.
When you finished coding the subtitles you don't need to modify the settings of the VLC because the player itself will automatically detect if the video has been encoded with subtitles.
