Before creating a Branded Content ad, firstly, you have to request ad creation access from the creator you would like to run the ad for.
Follow these steps and you will figure out how you can do it:
1. Go to your Instagram profile page and click on the three lines icon in the upper-right corner.
2. Tap Settings at the bottom of the screen.
3. After that press on the Business section in order to open it.
4. Select the Branded Content option.
5. Now hit Request Ad Creation Access.
6. Use a search bar at the top of the screen in order to find a creator from whose account you want to run ads.
7. Click on that creator.
8. Confirm by pressing on Send Request. Keep in mind that you will receive a notification if the creator approves your request for ad creation access.
