show you the case on how we've done integration of Bitrix Drive together with contact.

Everybody knows that in Bitrix, you
can create a group and inside of

the group you can create a drive.
So, all files related to a project

will be connected to the group in Bitrix Drive. But, what will happen in case you want to connect

Bitrix Drive directly to contact the company? For example, you got an application where
0:00:40.
you selecting contact and you store in all data like invoices, photos, documents on Drive, and the Drive
0:00:50.
directly connected to contact. So, this is a case which we done for our client. He used application

when he go to client site, doing pictures, taking pictures, creating invoices, quotations and all

this data come directly to Bitrix Drive, and that Bitrix Drive directly connected to contact

So, this is a client's portal, and we are going directly to contacts, and what happened here, once

agent create a contact, no matter, in deal from company, inside of a contact, or via a new email

for example, we create a new company here, and we put in a test name

Automatically, a group
will be created with a drive in it.

So, that's why when you create a new
contact you get a notification that

you want to connect folder with the same name as a contact name to your contacts. So, connect folder

and that's it. Then, what does that mean that you got a contact now. You got name and surname

and also you go to Drive, here Drive Tab here, and once you click on that drive

you got a drive, you go to the groups with a name and surname of a contact with a Drive

inside individual group. Inside the drive, go to folders, create photos

and videos, proposals and invoices. So, we done that especially for reason that

our client got an application where he selected contact and when he doing photos of a local object
0:03:20.
now all photos are now going to come to that drive, to that contact, and what happened is that agents can
0:03:27.
can come directly to the Bitrix, find
that contact. For example, type that contact name

come to that contact, come to the Drive, and he will see all photos and videos
0:03:46.
related to particular project in that Drive, and the same as proposals and invoices because

my customer do a lot of invoices, do a
lot of proposals, before he do physical jobs

Also, that project available in typical
view in work groups and projects

but for that particular client, we closed that access to all agents except admin.

So, an agent can get access to the group only using that button and actually he
0:04:30.
do not give a full access to the group, via that button he get access on the to Drive
