This video is about making a beach-themed room for my daughter's favorite Monster High character, Lagoona Blue! For my other Monster High doll rooms: https://goo.gl/5XZLWY. To subscribe: https://goo.gl/rKHGqY.

I really wanted Lagoona Blue, Monster High's very own surfer, swimmer, and all-around athlete, to have a beach-themed room. I have listed below the materials I used in creating this dorm room for Lagoona Blue and where I purchased them.

Lagoona Blue's bathroom set: I bought this from Amazon.com.

Lagoona Blue's walls: I bought a custom Lagoona Blue wallpaper from Spoonflower.com, and her bathroom wallpaper came from Hobby Lobby.

Lagoona Blue's floors: I found beach-themed papers for Lagoona Blue's floors from Hobby Lobby.

Lagoona Blue's wall decor: I used a pack of stickers called "Beach House" that I found at Hobby Lobby. They were perfect for a beach-themed dorm room (except they're not very "Monster High" in style). I also used Ghoulia Yelp's poster featuring Operetta, Lagoona, and Ghoulia as well as Frankie Stein in their Scream costumes.

Lagoona Blue's windows: These are Mayberry Street themed window frames from Hobby Lobby. The beach scenes in the background and from one of my daughter's books, "At The Seashore."

Lagoona Blue's curtains: for the curtains in her living room, I used an unpainted doll pin and some of the fabric I used in her bed. I also hot-glued up a piece of coral to use as a "curtain stay." For the curtain in her bathroom, I used an unpainted doll pin stand and put Lagoona's first blanket through it to create the effect of "falling water," and hot-glued that to her wall.

Lagoona's living room decor: I made a couch for Lagoona out of two pieces of cardboard (these came as part of IKEA's Mydal bunk bed, which we recently built for my daughter), some glittery ribbon (I also used this in Lagoona Blue's bed remake), and some popsicle sticks, dowel rods, beads, and Monster High tapefitti. The strand of ocean flowers were purchased from Hobby Lobby.

I used props from the Nixie mermaid playset as well in her living room. They go really nicely in a beach-themed room!
