. Ctrl + Shift + C: Open/Close the cheat bar
. Esc: Open/Close the menu
8:10 Create A Sim Mode
. casclockspeed 0: Freezes the Sim in Create-a-Sim
8:32 Live Mode Shortcuts
. Enter / N / Double Click / Right Click: Lock the camera to the selected Sim
. Spacebar: Switch to the next Sim
. Click on a need: Action related to the need
. Shift + Enter: Center the camera on the current terrain
. M: Map View
11:23 Cinematic Mode
. Tab: Remove the game interface
. Z . Q . S . D: Move
. + Shift: Faster
. Ctrl + Number: Uses a saved position from 5 to 9
. Number: Goes to the saved position while moving
. Shift + Number: Goes to the saved position while stationary
. Shift + Tab: Play in First Person

. testingcheats true / on: Enable cheats
. Shift + Sim click: Opens the cheat menu for a character
Shift + mailbox click: Opens the world cheat menu
Shift + any item click: Offers to reset the item
.money Amount: Sets household funds to the specified amount (number(s))
.seasons.set_season Number: Allows you to change the season (requires the Seasons Expansion Pack)
.0: Summer
.1: Autumn
.2: Winter
.3: Spring
.freerealestate on / off: Unlocks all lots for purchase regardless of household funds
.testingcheats false / off: Disables cheats
.headlineeffects on / off: Enables / Disables the interface above the Sims
.resetSim First Name Last Name: Resets the specified Sim
.cas.fulleditmode: Allows you to remove Create A Sim mode restrictions from Live Mode
rosebud . kaching: Adds $1,000 to the household funds
. motherlode: Adds $50,000 to the household funds

. shift + click: Duplicate an item while placing it
. + / - on the numpad: Change the color of an object before placing it
. click + drag with the Sledgehammer tool: Delete / Sell all objects in the selected area
. delete: Delete / Sell a selected item
. backspace: Place an object in the household inventory
. escape: Return a selected object to its original position
. G: Toggle the placement grid
. B: Wall tool
. ctrl + click: Remove walls, rooms, beams, and fences
. , / ; : Rotate items and floors
. Sims 3 Camera + click + rotate: Rotate objects
. ^ . ) : Enlarge an object Shrink an object
. Ctrl + F: Places a floor in a triangle
. Shift + click: Paints a room – walls and floor –
. Places a frieze on a single wall
. Places tympana on a room
. Paints a foundation or platform face
. Modifies a roof side
. Shift + C: Shows more roof settings
. F5: Moves objects on the grid with 1/4 tile precision
. Alt: Ignores the grid
. Sims 3 Camera + Alt + click: Rotates an object without regard to the grid
. Alt: Changes roof height without regard to notches
. Alt + click: Paints the walls of a room face
. Places a tympanum on a tile

. bb.moveobjects on / off: Places objects without restriction
Ctrl + 9 . Ctrl + 0: Raise an object. Lower an object.
bb.enablefreebuild: Allows building on the current terrain.
bb.ignoregameplayunlocksentitlement: Unlocks locked quarry objects.
bb.showhiddenobjects: Unblocks objects from debugging.
Then enter *DEBUG* in the search bar.
