Accused Serial Strangler Heads to Trial for Florida Killing Spree
The man accused of murdering two women in Cape Coral, Florida within days of each other heads to trial this week. Wade Steven Wilson was indicted on multiple charges including first-degree premeditated murder. Investigators believe Wilson strangled Kristine Melton inside her home after the two met at a bar, then later stole Melton’s car, hunted down Diane Ruiz and killed her.
