Sorry about the video quality, i used a mobile screen recorder.
This should help you fix issues with not being able to connect to the camera. You need to turn off 3g/4g LTE / Cellular data. This interferes and it won't let you connect to your camera view. So always remember to turn off your cellular data before going into camera view.
This happened to me awhile ago and i tried everything including troubleshooting with DJI support to no avail. I sent it in for repair then got it back but still had the same problem.. I remember i saw on a forum to turn off your cellular data to access the camera. Hope this helped! :)
