A very detailed but simple tutorial on how to do GPU Passthrough, you can do it either with Virt-Manager or with QEMU alone, the choice is yours, I recommend QEMU from the terminal, let's say it's a little better than Virt-Manager for gaming specially and you don't need to assign any secondary keyboards and stuff or disable editing who knows what.
