You cannot catch wild pokemon, you can only steal from trainers
There is not limit to pokemon you can steal.
However you cannot transfer pokemon to and from the pc.
If you add a pokemon to your party of 6, you must get rid of one permanently “transferring it to the boss”
If a pokemon is defeated in battle, it must be released. It is a trash pokemon and not worthy of being in Team rocket.
You cannot steal a pokemon from your rival until the final battle, lure them into a false sense of security
For major boss fights you may only catch the last pokemon, as otherwise the battle will end prematurely. We need to defeat them for the glory of team rocket
