Endolasering with micro optical fiber can cause photocoagulation of vessel wall thanks to the direct intra-extra venous contact.

Treatment starts connecting LASEmaR® 800 through the FTF Laser System® to the disposable single use micro optical fiber (200 micron). To reduce the pain of the patient we use an air cooling system.
Endoperivenuos procedure has two different effects:
endoluminal coagulation of the hemoglobin present into the vein;
abstorption of the vasa vasorum outside the vessel wall.
This method is particularly indicated for reticular, spider and collateral veins.
Advantages: one session only, no pigmentation.
