Alex Pereira is preparing for the biggest fight of his career at the UFC White House Card (UFC Freedom 250), where he will attempt to become the first fighter in UFC history to win world titles in three different weight classes by moving up to heavyweight to face Ciryl Gane for the UFC Heavyweight Championship.
Over the next five episodes, I'll be living, training, and going behind the scenes with the team to see what life inside one of the biggest camps in MMA is actually like.
From private training sessions and sparring days to recovery, strength & conditioning, and life outside the gym, this is the closest look I've ever had at a UFC training camp.
After spending time wrestling in Dagestan, I thought I had seen the highest level of combat sports.
