Transistor Radio gets the audience movin' and groovin' at Rockn' on the River Concert Series at Altoona's River Prairie Park. Transistor Radio was born at Stones Throw in Eau Claire Wisconsin. It was the brainchild of lead guitar player Chris Connell to bring back the sounds of the 70s played on the Transistor Radio. Some of the greatest R&B and soul songs have been forgotten, and Transistor Radio has taken it upon themselves to bring them back.
